Home Remedies for Sunburn

  • Use high SPF sunscreen lotion half an hour before you leave your home.
  • Avoid going out between 10:am to 3:00 pm when UV rays are more intense, and if you cant avoid going out wear sunglasses, hat and gloves.
  • Drink plenty of water, fruit juices and coconut water to prevent your self from dehydration and to retain moist in your skin.
  • Once you come home, apply curd on your body including your face, let it be on for 10 mins and gently massage in circular motion and wipe it off with warm water.
  • Include more proteins, raw-fresh vegetables and fruits in your diet.
  • Drink fresh green brew tea.
  • Vitamin E oil can be applied directly to the skin.
  • Moisturize your skin on regular interval with natural products.
  • Carry cotton dipped in rose water as wet tissues to retain natural moist in the skin.
